Welcome to Vibeoks. By accessing or using our cloud repository, AI code bundling platform, and dependency visualization tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Vibeoks is proudly developed and operated by GloMap Venture Studios as part of the hArf Ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a GloAuth account, uploading code, or utilizing the Vibefiles engine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here, you may not access or use the Vibeoks service.

2. GloAuth & Account Security

Your identity across Vibeoks and the broader hArf Ecosystem is managed securely via GloAuth (Single Sign-On). You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GloAuth credentials and master password. GloMap Venture Studios cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or compromised repositories resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Content Ownership & Privacy Rules

You retain full moral and intellectual property rights to the code, assets, and repositories you upload to Vibeoks.

  • Public Repositories: By setting a repository to "Public," you grant the community a license to view, fork, and interact with the code.
  • Private & Stealth Files: "Private" repositories remain strictly your confidential property. Furthermore, files and directories hidden via engine rules (e.g., using .harfignore or specific stealth keywords) are intentionally eradicated from AI directory mapping and bundling. We respect your stealth parameters.

4. Acceptable Use of AI Vibefiles

Vibeoks provides powerful AI code bundling capabilities. You agree not to abuse these systems. Specifically, you will not:

  • Upload malicious code, malware, or utilize the Vibefiles engine to generate exploit payloads intended for unauthorized harm.
  • Use Vibeoks to host illegal content or violate any applicable regional or international laws.
  • Intentionally bypass the ZIP upload limits (e.g., 20MB free tier) through automated scraping or artificial chunking meant to destabilize our servers.

5. Service Availability & Data Integrity

While Vibeoks utilizes modern content-addressed storage to ensure data integrity, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". GloMap Venture Studios makes no absolute guarantees regarding perpetual uptime or zero data loss. We highly recommend maintaining local Git backups of mission-critical systems alongside Vibeoks.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your GloAuth access to Vibeoks immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
